Who we are and What we do

Breakthrough Synergy are providers of effective interactive  PeopleMap™ workshops and customized coaching.   Our programs are easy to learn  and remember therefore making them usable instantly.  They develop  people at every level of the organization.   You will be able to understand, relate and communicate with others at a much deeper level; hence enhancing your personal and professional relationships. The training is designed to increase your Emotional Intelligence (EQ).  Further to my workshops, I offer one on one coaching as support to the learnt material. I guarantee my work to be informative, engaging, and usable immediately.

Successful Mediation is done through the effective tools of coaching we look at where you are – where you want to be and how jointly we can bridge the gap to reach sustainable change.

Breakthrough Synergy is a professional development company that  exists only for the purpose of serving individuals and organizations that are committed to creating positive and sustainable change.  This includes clarifying goals, strengthening leadership capacity and transforming the status quo from the expected into something truly dynamic.

This mission and philosophy is based on my belief that the combination of deepened insight and intentional choice creates powerful change.  Once insight is achieved and it is coupled with thoughtful and  meaningful choices, we no longer function by default and we begin creating a purposeful way of doing things.

I truly believe that we all have the competence and ability to be successful, both in our personal lives and in a professional capacity. I will support  you in your desire to create a new chapter in your life.  Through individual Coaching or through a variety of team based interactive PeopleMap™ workshops, I will help you understand your strengths as well as create awareness on areas of further exploration.
